Antalya, Ancient Greek Attalia, city and Mediterranean Sea port, southwestern Turkey. It is situated on the Gulf of Antalya. the largest seaside city in southern Turkey near the Mediterranean Sea, with a population of 2.7 million.

Ancient Caravanserai – An ancient motel along the silk road between east and west where caravans used to stay overnight.

Melvana Museum – The mausoleum of Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, the main reason to come to Konya is to visit this former lodge of the whirling dervishes and home to the tomb of Celaleddin Rumi (later known as Mevlâna), who we have to thank for giving the world the whirling dervishes. This is one of the biggest pilgrimage centres in Turkey, and the building's fluted dome of turquoise tiles is one of Turkey's most distinctive sights.

Konya is a city south of Ankara in Turkey’s Central Anatolia region. It’s a pilgrimage destination for Sufis, focused on the tomb of the founder of the Mevlana order, Jelaleddin Rumi, in the Mevlana Museum. Sema whirling dervish ceremonies take place at the Mevlana Cultural Center, east of the museum. The 12th-century Alaeddin Mosque is surrounded by the green parks of Alaeddin Hill.

Ruins of Aspendos - with a history of more than 1,800 years, it can accommodate more than 15,000 people. It is the most complete preserved ancient Roman amphitheatre site in the world and is still in use for performances and festivals.
